Manage Reviews with New Google My Business Tool

Recently, Google has relased a new feature to flag issues with Google reviews and to track reviewstatus reporting within your Google My Business listing. Have a look at our quick guide.
Google My Business has introduced another new feature where you can see the reviews for yourbusiness. Businesses with Google My Business listing were facing Fake Google reviews issues forquite a sometime now.
Earlier, there was no reliable method to see the review status that you submitted for a takedown in acoordinated way.
Taking into account that it doesn’t appear to work admirably for businesses that manage numerousareas, it is an important apparatus. Joy Hawkins, a Local SEO Expert, spoke about it before andsaid, “This feature appears to just work for Google My Business accounts that have few listings in them.”
How this works?
To report a review, log in to your Google My Business Account and open the link Google MyBusiness Report a Review. This will open a window that contains your current reviews.
Scroll through your reviews till you find the review you have a problem with, then click on “Reporta problem”. This will open a new window where you will see five options to report a review. These are:
- This review is not relevant to this place
- Conflict of interest
- Offensive or sexually explicit
- Privacy concerns
- Legal issue
Chosse from the afore mentioned reason to report a review and click on the Report button.Once you have clicked the Report Button you will get a “Thank you!” message window.
